This brilliant lady that I know called Theresa is the shop manager of this amazing little charity shop in London, South Harrow called ‘Found’!
I am a sucker for vintage crockery!
Some lovely friends and I went in today to have a look. It has lovely change rooms, brilliant shop workers and beautiful bargains! One of the shop assistants, Polly, had a brilliant waistcoat on and was super excited to see someone walk out of the shop with a watch that they adored. She can be my friend. The shop is full of little vintage touches from the couch that you can have a little sit on to the vintage haberdashery counter. So lovely. (You can tell I am crushing a bit!!) And as if it can’t get any better, it’s next to Mc Donalds! Don’t judge me.
I want that gold plane!
I came away with a few little treasures for my very own, an orange vintage Ewbank carpet sweeper, my friend Esther calls it an acoustic vacuum cleaner! It’s so sweet I may even clean!? A sweet cowboy tshirt and an indian silver turquoise bracelet! I have been looking for one for ages and it was waiting for me in ‘Found’!
Treasures! Cowboy shirt, turquoise bracelet and Ewbank carpet sweeper!
I am so excited to have found ‘Found’ that Esther and I have put in a little application to volunteer on a Monday. I just hope to be as good as Theresa and Polly!
